ICRQ Level 2 International Award in Emergency First Aid at Work


The Level-2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work is a training programme that teaches participants how to provide immediate and effective first aid in the workplace. It covers a wide range of topics and aims to equip individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to handle emergency situations. The course provides instruction on important first aid skills and procedures that are necessary for responding to various types of emergencies that can occur in the workplace. These emergencies may include injuries, illnesses, and accidents. During the training, participants will acquire the skills to evaluate a situation, deliver essential life support, apply initial medical care, and communicate effectively with emergency medical services. The training focuses on teaching the significance of responding quickly, making accurate assessments, and taking appropriate actions to reduce the impact of workplace incidents.

ASSESSMENT:

Assessments and Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) are used to test this skill. The learner must pass both tests with a certain score in order to get this qualification.

• Understanding and managing the unconscious casualty
